SPRING MARKET HAS ARRIVED!

March has brought sensational summer like weather to Windsor and Essex County this year and has also brought out the home buyer's. Typically spring is the busiest time of year for real estate with more listings hitting the market and more buyer's looking to move in for the summer before the new school year starts. With the spring market brings more competition for good homes and also helps keep listings priced competitively as well. It's important to be working with a good real estate agent to let you know if something is overpriced for the current market and someone is just fishing for a gullible buyer to pay more than their home is worth.

Buyer's looking for newly built homes seems to be increasing as well. Steady traffic is coming through our model homes at J. Rauti Custom homes.
